Unofficial Legacy Transcript Request


This form is for students who last attended Skagit Valley College summer 2015 or before and who need an unofficial transcript. These transcripts are stored in SVC’s legacy student management system. Students who last attended SVC fall 2015 or after can access their unofficial transcripts in ctcLink. Students who need an official transcript must order it through parchment.com.

Enrollment Services staff will use the information you provide on this form to locate your unofficial transcript in our legacy student management system and send it to you within 1 week of submission. They will send your unofficial transcript as a password-protected PDF to the email address you provide.


  1. Complete this form and include as much accurate information as possible. Inaccurate or missing information will cause delays in the receipt of your unofficial transcript.
  2. Upload a copy of your valid photo ID.
  3. Include the password you would like Enrollment Services to use to protect your transcript when they email it to you.
  4. You will have a chance to review your request before you submit it.
  5. If you do not hear from Enrollment Services after a week, please email enrollment@skagit.edu.
