Contact Information Update

Please update your contact information through ctcLink's Student Self Service.

To update your contact information, please:

1. Log into ctcLink.
2. Select the My Profile menu on the sidebar navigation.
3. Select the Contact Info menu item.
4. The Contact Info page displays to the right.
5. Select the pencil icon to update your contact info.

Date of Birth Update

Please indicate your accurate date of birth.

Degree Plan Update

Why do you need to update your degree plan at SVC?

I am currently attending class or attended classes in the last two years and want to change my degree plan.I haven't attended SVC in more than two years and want to change my degree plan.I finished a diploma, certificate, or degree from SVC less than two years ago and need a new degree plan.

Degree Plan Change for Current Students

Please make an appointment with an SVC advisor to discuss changing your degree plan.

Degree Plan Change for Former Students

Please submit a new application to SVC using the Online Admission Application Portal and select a new degree plan.

What is the legal first name to which you would like to update?

What is the legal last name to which you would like to update?

Attach an image of a valid photo ID such as a driver's license, state ID, or passport. Do NOT attach an image of a social security card or any document that contains your social security number. If you wish to use a document that includes your social security number, please bring it in person to Enrollment Services at any of our campus locations or contact enrollment@skagit.edu to set up virtual meeting.

Preferred Name Update

Please update your contact information through ctcLink's Student Self Service.

To update your Biographical Information, please:

Log into ctcLink.
Select the My Profile menu on the sidebar navigation.
Select the Biographical Information menu item.
The Biographical Information page displays. Notice the four tabs across the top row equal the menu list items on the sidebar navigation.
Name fields display.
Enter the name details in the fields.
Select the Save button.
Select the Add Name drop-down menu button.
The drop-down menu choices display.
Select the type of name you want to add: Preferred or Degree.

Social Security Number Update

To update your Social Security Number, complete a W-9S IRS Form and drop it off at Enrollment Services.

NOTE: Submitting this form is not necessary if you are updating Contact Information or Preferred Name.
